Priorities First : Design and Preconstruction
E3 Builders is a premier construction business dedicated to delivering quality and value to our customers. We specialize in transforming our clients back yards into their very own personal retreat.
Through our design process, we listen. We listen to our clients when they're describing their problems with their current space. We collaborate on how to solve these problems. We layout all considerations, many of which our client has not thought of yet such askids that may be in these areas and how we can create an environment for them to be safe in while being kids, or if our clients like to host gatherings, or how to accomodate multiple features while flow and funtionality.
We then present our clients with a design that we can execute. We love what we do, so execution comes naturally
Strategic Execution
Parking Area Renovation Project at Lake Winola, PA
Project Scope :
- Demo existing retaining walls, shed, steps
- Build new deck w/ Composite decking & hidden fasteners
- Construct new " Golf Cart Garage " , stick framed on a 12" C.M.U. (concrete masonry unit) foundation and concrete floors
- Build SRW ( Segmental Retaining Walls) and steps using locally manufactured Versa Lok Block
- Grade all surrounding areas, grass installation, new compacted modified driveway area
