At E3 Builders, we are a family-owned Design/Build Construction Firm deeply rooted in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Founded and led by Ed Frable III, our firm is the embodiment of a lifelong passion for both commercial and residential building. Ed Frable III - CEO / Founder
Ed's journey in the building industry began in his teenage years while working for a local developer. This early exposure sparked a deep fascination with the process of turning plans into reality – a journey that involves collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and surveyors. A proud graduate of Abington Heights School District, Ed excelled in technical classes such as Masonry, Building Construction Principles, Automotives, and Welding. His skill and knowledge were recognized when he was awarded the Masonry Student of the Year in his senior year.
After gaining valuable experience working for a local contractor, Ed embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2010. With 13 years of experience, Ed, leading E3 Builders, continues to push the boundaries of design and construction, honoring the firm's strong foundation and driving it towards a future of innovation and excellence.

The Frable Family
The heart of E3 Builders is not just its projects but its people. Ed's wife, Ashli Frable, a native of Tunkhannock, plays a vital role in the business, bringing her unique perspective and support to the team. Their children, Eddie IV and Nikola, are integral to the family ethos that defines our firm.
One of the most distinctive aspects of E3 Builders is our multi-generational team. It's not uncommon to find Ed (Eddie III), his father Eddie Jr., and his son Eddie IV, all sharing a ride in the work truck. This three-generation collaboration of the Frable men brings a unique depth of experience, tradition, and family values to our work. Our clients don't just get a contractor; they get a family committed to excellence in every brick laid and every nail driven.
